Shoshone Falls

Shoshone Falls is a waterfall in the western United States, on the Snake River in south-central Idaho, approximately three miles northeast of the city of Twin Falls. We stayed the night at Twin Falls on the long journey to Yellowstone.

Often referred to as the Niagara of the West, at 212 feet tall and 900 foot wide, Shoshone Falls is one of the largest natural waterfalls in the United States surpassing the height of the famous Niagara Falls.
