THE ROCKY MOUNTAINEER - VANCOUVER TO KAMLOOPS

The incredible Rocky Mountaineer train journey is legendary. The century-old route traverses stunning scenery, reaching places and seeing views you can’t get to any other way. The Canadian Rockies provide the backdrop to your trip, where glacier-fed lakes, old-growth forests and abundant wildlife may be seen from the comfort of the train. We took the SilverLeaf service which is a custom-designed, single-level glass domed coach with oversized windows and reclining seats. We had breakfast and lunch served at our seat and the cabin staff narrate at interesting points along the way. We saw Bald Eagles, Ospreys, Bighorn Sheep.
